To maintain brand consistency and focus on ethical production, we omit specific manufacturing locations from our public-facing descriptions. Unless specified for a wholesale or B2B audience, all our product descriptions are tailored for a direct-to-consumer (D2C) connection.

The 8-Point Product Page Optimization Checklist

Here is the 8-item structure we use for every product on ironphoenix.store. Each component has a specific purpose and set of guidelines to maximize its impact.

1. Shopify Tags This is a comma-separated list of terms, up to 250 characters total. We include our focus keyword along with niche-relevant and benefit-driven terms like “sports,” “gaming,” “mental health,” “eco-friendly,” and “on-demand production.” These tags are crucial for Shopify's internal search and collection organization.

2. Meta Description This description, between 120-160 characters, is what appears in search engine results. It must be compelling enough to earn the click. We include the focus keyword twice naturally, use action-oriented phrases like “Order now,” and highlight niche benefits to achieve a high CTR.

3. Shopify Title The product title should be 60-70 characters. We always start with the focus keyword, followed by niche descriptors designed to enhance both CTR and SEO. For example, a title might be: "Halloween Hoodie | Eco-Friendly, Warm & Stylish Champion S700."

4. Shopify Page Title (H1) For consistency and strong SEO signals, the H1 page title is identical to the Shopify Title. It remains within the 60-70 character guideline and leads with the focus keyword.

5. Shopify Description This is the main product description, around 1,019 characters. It needs to be concise yet detailed, naturally including the focus keyword 5-7 times. We use this space to highlight niche benefits, our sustainability promise, and a clear call to action, like “Order today.” All descriptions remain FDA compliant, focusing on general wellness.

6. Key Features This is a quick, scannable summary of the product's most important features and benefits, under 250 characters total. We include the focus keyword once and use benefit-driven phrases that resonate with our niche.

7. Short Trade Description This description, under 200 characters, is crafted for D2C appeal. It’s a short, impactful pitch that highlights the primary niche benefits and sustainability features. The focus keyword is included once here as well.

8. FAQs We create a concise FAQ section of exactly 700 characters, containing four relevant questions and answers. The focus keyword is used naturally about five times. These FAQs typically cover materials, niche benefits, care instructions, and our sustainability commitment, proactively answering customer questions.
