Custom & personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a verified printing/manufacturing defect or customization error. Cancellations/changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Report any damage/defect within 30 days of delivery. Provide clear photos for verification. Refunds or replacements are issued only after inspection.

• Return window: 30 days.
• Item must be new, unused, in original packaging.
• Refunds issued after the item is received & verified.
• Return shipping is customer's responsibility.

Exchanges require the same steps as returns (RMA required). We ship the exchange once the return is received and verified.

International customers must ship returns DDP (duties paid). Duties/taxes at import are non-refundable.
